• Comment: Installation & maintenance
  During a recent ice/snow storm, my heat pump, which Leitch installed in 06/2019, developed a clicking noise after 8 pm. I thought maybe the unit accumulated ice but wasn’t certain, I placed a call @ about 8:45 pm & my call was taken & a tech called w/in minutes. He explained it may be ice & recommended placing thermostat on Emergency heat which stops the heat pump. After calling Leitch the next morning, a tech arrived here @ approx 1 pm, stating it was ice preventing fan blades from operating correctly which could’ve damaged the compressor. Tech made recommendations for potential future issues which I appreciated.
  I would recommend Leitch Services.
