| Comment | Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value My A/C needed repair and Lietch made sure I got a technician on my timeline. He was polite, efficient, had it fixed in no time. More importantly to me, he was meticulous about pandemic protocols, I did not have to ask him to wear a mask properly, he just did. I appreciated everything about how he and the company handled everything. |
