| Comment | We had both of our units replaced and the duct work sealed. Michael and Marcus were very professional and did a great job. They created walk ways with tarps to protect our floors and carpet. They both kept us informed on all aspects of the job status and answered all of our questions. Michael explained the differences in unit performance between our old and new units. Michael and Marcus are both just out of high school. They are very motivated and it is obvious that they are very well trained to do their job. |
